By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not submit personal information through the Website.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:

your first and last name;

email address and telephone number;

the name of a resort, vacation club, developer, or ownership program;

other information you voluntarily provide through an inquiry or follow-up communication.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, passwords, complete account numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the Website’s initial inquiry form.

The ownership-cost calculator may ask for cost assumptions and optional information used to personalize a report, such as owner name, resort or vacation club, purchase year, email address, and telephone number. Those entries are processed in your browser and are not automatically transmitted to Aldenworth. They remain on your device unless you choose to download, email, share, or otherwise transmit the resulting report.

If you choose to email or share a calculator report, your device, browser, email provider, or selected sharing application may process the report and the information it contains under that provider’s own privacy terms.
