HOW IT WORKS

From Confidential Review to Documented Resolution.

Each accepted matter follows a coordinated four-stage process built around the ownership, available pathways, and required client participation.

STAGE 01
CONFIDENTIAL REVIEW

Your Ownership Is Reviewed Before Any Path Is Recommended.

________________

The process begins with the essential facts: your resort or vacation club, ownership structure, financing status, payment history, available documents, previous resolution attempts, and desired outcome.

An Aldenworth specialist reviews this information to determine whether your matter may fit our process and whether additional documentation is needed. This initial review is designed to establish suitability—not promise a specific result.

STAGE 02
CASE ACCEPTANCE

If Your Matter Fits, the Expectations Are Defined Before Work Begins.

________________
If the review indicates that your matter may fit an available pathway, we explain the recommended approach, service scope, required participation, fees, and documents needed before work begins.

Only matters meeting our acceptance criteria move forward. Acceptance means the case is appropriate for our process—it is not a promise of a particular timeline or outcome. You decide whether to proceed after the expectations are clear.

STAGE 03
COORDINATED ADVOCACY

Your Consultant Coordinates the Work and Keeps You Informed.

________________

Once work begins, your consultant coordinates the case strategy, document collection, written communications, and required follow-up. Most communication with you is handled remotely by phone, email, and secure document exchange.

Your participation remains essential. You may be asked to provide documents, verify information, approve correspondence, join scheduled calls, or complete specific action items. Your consultant tracks progress and communicates material updates throughout the process.

STAGE 04
DOCUMENTED OUTCOME

A Resolution Is Not Complete Until the Outcome Is Documented.

________________

When a resolution is reached, your consultant helps organize the final documentation and explains what it confirms. Depending on the matter, this may include a written release, surrender confirmation, deed-back, transfer record, account closure, or another verifiable result.

You are advised of any remaining action items, records to retain, and follow-up steps. If circumstances change or another pathway must be considered, that is communicated clearly rather than represented as a completed outcome.

YOUR ROLE IN THE PROCESS

Your Participation Keeps the Matter Moving.

________________

Your consultant coordinates the strategy and communications, but timely and accurate participation from you remains essential throughout the process.
